We are looking for an energetic, organized, sales driven individual to fill our Leasing Specialist position. This individual is responsible for generating traffic, securing appointments and maximizing rentals, assisting in the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of the property. The Leasing Specialist is additionally responsible for providing outstanding customer service and assisting in providing a quality living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Present apartments to prospective residents in a professional manner
- Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
- Accurately record All traffic information daily
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
- Validate application information and references
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
- Keep abreast of the properties market status
- Present a professional, efficient approach to remedy any customer complaints and handle service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up on a daily basis, to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven working experience as a leasing consultant
- Ability to function effectively in a sales / marketing and customer service environment.
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Yardi Experience preferred
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to apply common send understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
