Residential HVAC Service Technician — Little River, SC
$28–$38/hour + spiffs and commissions
We are hiring experienced residential HVAC Service Technicians in and around Little River, SC.
This is a well-established residential company serving the Grand Strand and surrounding communities. You'll walk into a full board of pre-sold, pre-scheduled calls, run a clean and stocked truck, and work with a dispatch team that respects your time. No commercial, no new construction, no chasing your own leads. Just steady residential work with real earning upside on top of a strong hourly base.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems across a range of makes and equipment ages
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners and close on the spot
- Perform maintenance visits and identify legitimate upgrade opportunities
- Maintain accurate service documentation and photo records on every call
- Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for the next call
- Represent the company in customers' homes with professionalism and care
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong diagnostic skills across heat pumps, gas furnaces, and straight cool systems
- Comfort talking with homeowners and explaining options in plain language
- Customer-first attitude and a habit of doing the job right the first time
