JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Patient Services Representative/Receptionist plays a critical role as the first point of contact for patients and families, creating a welcoming and professional enviornment while delivering exceptional patient service.
The position requires a positive patient experience by managing patient check- in and registration processes, verifying insurance information, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating effectively with clinical and administrative teams. Every interaction should reflect Commonwealth Pediatrics’ commitment to professionalism, compassion, and patient service excellence.

REQUIRED:
- Highschool Diploma (or equivalent)
PREFERRED:
- 1-2 years of medical office or scheduling experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
