What You'll Do
- Perform pest control inspections and treatments at residential and commercial properties.
- Identify pest concerns and recommend effective treatment solutions.
- Apply products safely and professionally while following company standards and industry regulations.
- Educate customers about services performed and provide recommendations to help prevent future pest issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customers' protection through additional services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.
- Work closely with your team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments and in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and pest control equipment.
- Willingness to work in confined or tight spaces, including crawl spaces, attics, and other limited-access areas when necessary.
- Comfortable working around and treating a variety of pests, including stinging insects, rodents, spiders, and other common household and commercial pests.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures while performing treatments.
