Cincinnati Outdoor Creations is a small, locally owned business that focuses on residential outdoor projects. 75% of our projects are concrete but we also offer masonry work and fencing. Our specialty is stamped and decorative concrete.
We are looking to hire 1-2 employees. Experience in construction is not required but would be a bonus to have. The ideal candidate would be willing to do hard labor while learning the skills needed to eventually run their own jobs. The ideal candidate would have:
-willing to learn and listen.
-comfortable driving non-cdl dump trucks or pulling trailers with company vehicles after time with the company.
-attentiveness to details, specifically with finish work
Requirements:
-ability to make it to various jobsites around Hamilton County and Clermont County.
-ability to be on time everyday
-willingness to learn our methods and mentality
-ability to work hard for 8hrs a day
We are offering $20-$22.50 an hour to start. Pay is based on experience. We also offer 1 week of paid vacation after one year of employment. This is a part time position to start. We offer a minimum of 30 hours per week with the possibility of full time hours and increased pay after a trial period of 2 weeks.
