About the Role
Utopia Brands is seeking a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and scale recruitment efforts across the United States. This role will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with business leaders, and building strong talent pipelines across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and critical roles across the US market.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
- Manage and mentor recruiters while ensuring recruitment KPIs are achieved.
- Build talent pipelines across E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations functions.
- Drive employer branding and sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Monitor hiring metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience recruiting within the US market.
- Strong understanding of US labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Experience hiring for e-commerce DTC, retail, supply chain, and corporate functions.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Experience in fast-growing e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail organizations.
- Experience managing remote recruitment teams.
