We’re looking for a friendly and organized staff to join our team. You’ll be the first face our guests see, helping create a welcoming atmosphere and smooth dining experience. We value teamwork and are looking for someone who enjoys helping others and working together.
Pay: $17~20/hour + TIPS
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus
- Use POS systems for take out orders.
- Package and organize take out orders (tips included)
- Manage server seating to keep the flow smooth
- Manage the waitlist and keep guests updated on wait times during busy periods
- Handle guest questions and concerns politely
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand/entrance area
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies
Requirements
- Experience in restaurants or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Strong customer service
- Clear communication and professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
