Hi, we are Pier Solutions Inc. Companies we work with in the base are looking for general laborers and firewatch people with the right amount of experience. We work with BAE and Naval forces. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a variety of general labor and skilled trades positions on secured federal/military installation. (Positions include laborers, electricians, and other trade roles.) Work is conducted in a safety-first environment with competitive wages and long-term potential for the right candidates. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Prior construction or trades experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
