Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Specialist to take care of our inside sales activities and logistics. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you will play a key part in keeping our day-to-day business running smoothly. Your tasks are mainly the following:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
Process customer orders and manage customer communication
Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system
Coordinate imports and support customs clearance activities
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate ERP master data
It would be a plus if you can occasionally support our Business Operations & Accounting Specialist with:
Monitoring expenses and supporting bookkeeping activities
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Supporting accounts receivable management, including outstanding balance monitoring and dunning activities
What you bring:
Education
A commercial qualification or degree in business, logistics or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, logistics coordination or sales support
Experience in a B2B, product-based or hardware environment strongly preferred
Skills
Confidence working with ERP systems and digital business processes.
A structured and reliable approach with strong attention to detail.
The ability to stay organized and keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
A proactive personality who enjoys taking ownership and working across different areas of the business.
Experience with international logistics, customs procedures or import/export operations would be an advantage.
Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting processes would be a welcome addition, but is not required.
