Job Overview
Chaves Knives is a fast growing premium knife brand in the EDC and Tactical space and looking for a reliable Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations by receiving inventory, stocking products, fulfilling customer orders, and preparing shipments. This position plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and delivering an exceptional customer experience through accurate and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using inventory management systems.
- Pack orders securely for shipment while meeting company quality standards.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments.
- Verify SKUs, barcodes, quantities, and storage locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization.
- Support other warehouse operations as business needs require.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to verify that the correct SKU, barcode, quantity, and location match before processing orders.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Willingness to identify ways to improve processes and workflow.
- Dependable with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch (start times may be flexible).
Overtime can be expected depending on company needs

Pay: $15+ an hour, DOE
