Minimum 2+ years BMW experience required.
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated BMW Technician to join our growing high-performance European shop. This role is strictly for technicians with strong real-world BMW experience who can work independently, diagnose accurately, and perform high-level mechanical and performance work.
Responsibilities:
– Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on BMW vehicles (M and non-M, turbo and NA)
– Engine and drivetrain services including:
- Rod bearing replacements
- VANOS repairs
- Subframe and bushing replacements
- Oil pan, valve cover, and oil filter housing gaskets
- Water pump and thermostat replacements
– Performance upgrades and installations:
- Coilover and suspension systems
- Full exhaust systems
- Intakes
- Turbo and supercharger upgrades
- Carbon fiber aero and cosmetic parts
– Tire mounting, balancing, and wheel installations
– Perform and understand 4-wheel alignments (Hunter alignment experience a big plus)
– Accurate diagnostics using BMW factory-level scan tools
– Maintain clean, organized work habits and follow shop quality standards
Requirements:
– Minimum 4 years professional BMW technician experience
– BMW certification preferred or equivalent advanced BMW experience
– Strong diagnostic and electrical knowledge
– Comfortable working independently
– Alignment and suspension experience required
– Own professional tools
– High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
– Passion for BMW performance and motorsport culture
