What You’ll Do
As a Lead Technician, you’re the quarterback, shift lead, or head barista on the job site. You own the experience — from arrival to final walkthrough.
On the Job
- Lead the cleaning of interior & exterior windows at residential and commercial projects you are assigned to.
- Clean screens and scrub tracks
- Perform gutter cleaning
- Power wash siding, brick, and concrete
- Lead maintenance plan jobs and first-time residential services
- Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency at all times
- Deliver a high quality experience to each and every client by surpassing their expectations.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
