Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to cordinate jobs across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive project success from inception through completion on ASME and Liquid Process Stainless Steel Tanks. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and utilize a variety of project management methodologies to deliver high-impact results. Responsibilities
- Monitoring the job production schedule and have ownership of each job from inception until delivery to the customer.
- Resolve resource conflicts.
- Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing jobs.
- Serve as primary contact with customer and keeps them informed of any potential problems.
- Primary source of information for assigned jobs.
- Controls and minimizes risks through the lifetime of the project.
- Makes decisions in a way that directly benefits the project.
- Keeps accurate records of all customer materials received.
- Identify, negotiate purchase and schedule any job-specific materials and outside services.
- Process orders and compare with job estimates to identify conflicts or inconsistencies.
- Generate change orders as required and ensure customer sign off.

- Prepare job for billing, check job pricing, change orders and other related issues and communicate to accounting.
- Ensure proper closure and archiving of job records.
- Maintains work area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Follows and monitors all safety rules.
Skills
- Experience in project management lifecycle including scope management, time management, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using software tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams; skilled in conflict management and team coordination to foster collaboration.
- Knowledge within the Stainless Steel Industry preferred.
- Expertise in requirements analysis and requirements management to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
- Data analysis skills coupled with experience in data collection to inform decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, content management systems, and\or ASME Stainless Steel Tanks.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
