Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Orthodontist to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will provide expert orthodontic care, focusing on correcting dental irregularities and enhancing patients’ smiles through innovative treatment plans. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using dental terminology and medical imaging tools
- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing advanced orthodontic appliances such as braces, aligners, and retainers
- Perform orthodontic procedures with precision, including adjustments, appliance placements, and monitoring progress throughout treatment cycles
- Collaborate with general dentists, pediatric dentists, oral surgeons, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, dental records, and treatment progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations
- Ensure strict infection control practices using aseptic techniques during all procedures to safeguard patient health
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment expectations, and post-treatment care to promote optimal outcomes
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of orthodontic techniques, including the use of braces, Invisalign®, and other dental appliances
- Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning
- Strong understanding of pediatric dentistry principles and pediatric patient management strategies
- Expertise in general dentistry procedures like dental extractions and root canal therapy that may intersect with orthodontic treatments
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical imaging technologies relevant to orthodontics
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment, communication, and education to ensure a positive experience

Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per day
