Schedule: Full-time, Days
Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather data on patients' physical, emotional, and social health status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with specific goals and interventions based on assessment data.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary and documenting progress.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their health.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Associate's of Science degree in Nursing
- Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse
- One (1) or more years of OR Circulator Experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Prior CVICU and/or CVOR experience is preferred
Pay: $31.53 - $52.24 per hour
