Kangaroo Clubhouse is seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-K Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate has a strong background in early childhood education, a nurturing attitude, and a commitment to supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine love for working with children
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Enhanced Background check
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum

Experience:
- Teaching: 1 +year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1+year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the classroom and during activities.
- Foster a nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.
- Administer first aid and CPR as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and support children with special needs.
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
