Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a retail setting to identify needs, answer questions, and recommend tailored solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences
- Process sales transactions and assist with promotional campaigns and retail events
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute customer acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and client growth
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company promotions through ongoing training
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve objections with confidence and efficiency
Brand Ambassador Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented, competitive environment
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, account management, marketing, or hospitality preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and special events

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
