We are looking for a estate level housekeeper for a residence in Tribeca. All canididates must have a drivers license and vehicle, ability to work weekends, and be open to travel as there may be up to 2 month of travel in Summer. Position includes a very generous benefits package including health insurance, 401k, and year end bonus. Position starts at $50/hr plus DOE.
Required skills/traits:

- Knowledge of how to care for various surfaces, fabrics, etc
- Experienced caring for expensive pieces, vases, furniture, etc throughout the home

- Must speak English
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Must be willing to travel for up to a couple months at a time
Required tasks:
- Daily general house cleaning with deep cleaning as needed
- Prepping meals that have been delivered by the chef (warming, setting out place settings, etc)
- Laundry and ironing for the household
- Bringing in packages/mail
- Maintaining organization for the home
- Preparing the home for/assisting with events (family will bring in additional staff for large events)
- Taking note of anything that needs repair and reporting to the House Manager
- Interior and exterior work as needed
- Must be willing to work between NYC and East Hampton (when working in East Hampton, we have staff housing available)
