NOW HIRING Non-CDL Delivery Drivers in the Norfolk & Virginia Beach Area!
FedEx contractor Focused Forward Inc. is looking for dependable, motivated, and hard-working individuals to join our growing team of delivery drivers in the Virginia Beach area. Drivers will operate company-provided box trucks and step vans while delivering packages in residential and commercial areas.

Schedule:
- Full-time and Part-time positions available
- Typical shift: 8:30 AM – until route completion
- End times vary based on route efficiency (Usually 8 hour on route)
- Weekend availability required
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Must pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screening (paid by employer)
- Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle in residential and commercial areas
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses
- Follow assigned delivery routes using GPS/navigation systems
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Verify deliveries and obtain signatures when required
- Assist with loading and organizing packages as needed
