Structural Steel Fabricator Requirements:
- 2+ Years as a Structural Steel Fabricator, specifically on construction site, not in shop required
- 5+ years of direct steel fabrication experience required
- MIG Welding experience required
- MIG welding certification required
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to read shop drawings hard required
Position Offers:

Structural Steel Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Commercial Steel Fabricator working on site for Government Projects
- Working on projects such as Schools, as well as large commercial jobs like grocery store build outs
- Read, understand, and execute drawings from the shop
- Safely operate welding equipment and use safe work habits
- Layout, position, align and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly using straightedges, combination squares, calipers and rulers
- Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straight edges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications after welder job completion
