The Maintenance Technician performs all the following, including tasks assigned by management:

minor or routine maintenance or repair
-
rehab turnovers
-
electrical and plumbing
-
HVAC systems
-
appliances
-
minor carpentry
-
painting
-
flooring
-
move heavy appliances/equipment
-
minor grounds and janitorial
-
snow removal
-
after hour on call rotating
-
2 years’ experience as Maintenance Technician or similar skill set
-
EPA Universal Certification
-
Valid Driver’s License
-
Pass Drug and Criminal Background
-
Reliable Transportation
-
Some overtime and after hour emergency reporting is required. Compensation based on experience.
