POSITION OVERVIEW : You're a Digital Media Director who loves the strategy behind the plan as much as the results it delivers.
You see the whole board – paid search, programmatic, social, audio and CTV. You understand not just what each channel does, but how they work together to move a brand forward. You're as comfortable building a plan from scratch as you are defending it in a client meeting, and you know the difference between a tactic that looks good on a flowchart and one that actually delivers.
As Digital Media Director, you'll lead planning and execution of media buys across a portfolio of clients – managing budgets, building plan decks and flowcharts, overseeing buy authorizations, and delivering reporting that tells a clear story. You'll mentor junior media team members, helping them grow and contribute at every stage. Success is measured by campaign performance, client outcomes and team advancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Planning media buys based on input from clients and account service
- Executing media buys as approved by clients
- Managing and optimizing media buys
- Reporting on media buy results
Guiding other media team members in project execution

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 6+ years of agency media strategy and execution experience
- Clear, consistent and concise communication skills
- Ability to provide media plans and strategy including flow charts
- Knowledge of full scope of paid media tactics and their role in delivering on campaign objectives
- Ability to execute approved media buys either working through vendor partners or directly fulfilling the buys via self-service platforms
- Ability to report on media campaigns both during and at the conclusion of the campaign and provide insights and implications to guide campaign optimizations and future planning exercises
Experience in presenting and explaining media strategies and outcomes
