NOW HIRING – GENERAL MANAGER High-Volume Used Car Dealership | Owensboro, KY
Vantacar is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a highly efficient, high-volume used car operation. This is a rare opportunity for a proven automotive leader who understands sales, finance, inventory, and team management at a dealership doing serious business. Thorough and efficiency is what we pride ourselves on.
You will oversee a team of 12 professionals and be responsible for maintaining a results-driven culture while continuing to grow an already successful operation.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of automotive dealership experience
- Strong finance/F&I background is required
- Proven success managing a high-volume used car dealership
- Experience leading and developing a multi-person team
- Strong understanding of inventory management, desking deals, lender relationships, and operational efficiency
- Ability to hold staff accountable while creating a positive, performance-oriented environment
Compensation
- $10,000 per month base salary
- 5% of net profit
- 3 weeks paid time off - (4 weeks after 2 years of employment)

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dealership operations
- Manage sales and finance performance
- Ensure efficient workflow across all departments
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Monitor profitability and operational metrics
- Maintain lender and vendor relationships
- Drive growth while protecting dealership standards
