About the Role
As a SoftWave Tech, you will step into an established, busy practice with strong patient flow and a collaborative team. You’ll focus on delivering high-quality care through SoftWave Tissue Regenerative Therapy while being supported by systems, training, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide confident, patient-centered care
- Educate patients and build long-term relationships
- Follow clinic systems and care protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient experience
- Take ownership of patient outcomes and personal growth
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Coachable, growth-oriented mindset
New chiropractic school graduates are encouraged to apply.
