Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Monitor patient drug therapies and provide necessary counseling.

Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical laws and regulations.

Supervise pharmacy staff and conduct in-service training.

Assist in formulary development and policy review.

Administer immunizations and vaccines.

Perform other duties as assigned within the scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy or pharmacology.

Valid Texas pharmacist license.

Strong understanding of dosage requirements and pharmaceutical practices.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
