Quantum is a Chicago-based managed IT services provider. We keep small businesses running securely, handling everything from cybersecurity to day-to-day IT support so owners can focus on their business instead of their servers. We work primarily with businesses across the Chicago area, and we bring founder-level attention to every account.
The Role
We're looking for a hungry, self-directed sales rep to close deals with small businesses. This is a 1099 commission-only role built for someone who wants uncapped earning potential and the freedom to run their own book. You'll own the full cycle: prospecting, pitching, and closing with support from the current team.
You bring the hustle. We give you a proven pitch, marketing materials, a defined target market, and a product businesses actually need.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close small business clients across the Chicago area
- Run outreach through cold calling, in-person drop-ins, and networking
- Manage your pipeline in our custom CRM from first touch to signed contract
- Represent our business with professionalism
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of sales experience (new grads and early-career hustlers welcome)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone
- Chicago-based or local
- Reliable transportation for in-person visits
Compensation
- Earn 1-3x contract value per closed deal
- Uncapped commission with no ceiling on what you can earn
- Flexible schedule; you set your own hours
Pay: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
