We are seeking an experienced, strategic financial professional to serve as a part-time CFO, CPA, or equivalent for a local company with three distinct business entities. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who can provide high-level financial oversight, actionable insights, and trusted guidance to ownership and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the owner and leadership team

Analyze and interpret financial statements to guide decision-making

Oversee and monitor the financial health of all three business entities

Develop and support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes

Identify risks and opportunities through proactive financial analysis and risk assessment

Collaborate with the owner and leadership team to establish business goals and measure performance

Monitor and manage cash flow across all entities

Provide clear, concise financial reporting and recommendations for operational improvements

Ensure financial practices align with business objectives and long-term growth strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CFO, CPA, or in a comparable senior financial leadership role
