Currently I'm in search of a refrigeration tech that has the ability, skill set and experience to "keep the cold" for a very serious restaurant group. It is a very dynamic operation with many moving parts and high expectations. As you know, you must have a C- 38 license and a section 608 certification to buy and handle refrigerant.
The desired outcomes when the right person is selected:
- Have all refrigeration up and running and on an active PM Program
- Handle simple HVAC issues and coordinate more complex issues with the proper tech
- Be eyes and ears for other maintenance work and preventive maintenance in the units
- Work Safety, food safety , clean timely work and health code compliant
- Team player that communicates well
