Reservation Specialist (Full-Time) –

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays during peak seasons
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations, confirmations, and general inquiries
- Provide detailed information on properties, services, and local offerings
- Use effective sales techniques to secure bookings and maximize revenue
- Accurately process and confirm reservations
- Maintain knowledge of local events, activities, and business hours
- Greet guests warmly and provide check-in/check-out information
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and a focus on resolution and satisfaction
- Post charges to guest accounts as needed
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members when necessary
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Compensation
- $15–$18 per hour, based on experience
