Leasing Agent (Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule)
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Leasing Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, enjoys working with people, and has a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to various properties to conduct in-person tours
- Respond to and follow up with prospective tenants
- Schedule and coordinate property showings
- Meet prospects at tours and provide a professional, informative experience
- Assist applicants through the rental application process
- Maintain clear communication with prospects and management
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
Compensation:
