Job Overview
Were searching for an energetic, dependable Site Supervisor to oversee nightly cleaning operations for a large, highprofile commercial office account in Lexingtonsome of the most prominent office space in Kentucky.
This handson leader will support and develop team members, ensure First Class service for clients and tenants, and maintain our high cleaning standards. This is a 2nd shift role working approximately 20 hours per week at $16.00 per hour.
What Youll Do
Supervise and assist the night crew at a large commercial office site
Lead nightly operations to meet First Class quality standards
Build strong, genuine relationships with clients, tenants, and team members
Model and promote our values: Build Relationships, Do the Right Thing, Work Hard, and Have Fun
Assist with onboarding and welcoming new hires
Train team members on equipment, chemicals, and established cleaning procedures
Promote a strong safety culture; ensure PPE use and safe movement practices
Monitor and help manage inventory, supplies, and chemicals
Conduct regular quality inspections
Develop team members to strengthen the support structure of site operations
Ensure appropriate staffing and fill in when necessary to complete nightly tasks
Perform additional duties assigned by management
What You Bring
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in highquality work
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Positive, resourceful, teamoriented attitude
Ability to lift 35+ lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing stairs
Reliable transportation
Stable work history demonstrating strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to work independently and support the team as needed
Must pass a criminal background check
