We are currently seeking a full-time Central Sterile Technician to join our busy and specialized outpatient ambulatory surgical center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sterilization cycle, including decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
- Ensure all surgical trays and instruments are accurately prepared and ready for scheduled procedures
- Work closely with operating room staff to anticipate and meet surgical case needs
- Maintain compliance with strict infection control standards and safety protocols at all times
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure functionality and cleanliness of all instruments
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sterile processing or operating room instrument handling is required
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and familiarity with autoclaves and related equipment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 10-hour shifts, One day off Monday - Friday
- No weekends, evenings, holidays, or on-call requirements
