Key Responsibilities
Support execution of digital merchandising strategies across B2B and B2C channels
Analyze category performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Optimize online assortment, pricing, availability, and product presentation
Partner with product, pricing, promotions, and operations teams to drive online sales growth
Monitor and improve conversion rates, search performance, and customer experience
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase attachment rates
Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior
Assist in building and executing omnichannel merchandising and GTM plans
Conduct competitive analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with engineering and catalog teams to ensure accurate and optimized site experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital merchandising or eCommerce, with 2+ years in B2B eCommerce
Strong understanding of online merchandising, assortment planning, and pricing strategies
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business decisions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Automotive, Industrial, or B2B eCommerce domains
Exposure to UX principles or customer experience optimization
Familiarity with omnichannel retail environments
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
