American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (Trauma Care Stepdown) night shift position requiring an active NC or compact RN license and NIH Stroke Certification.

Hospital-based Progressive Care Unit specializing in Trauma Care Stepdown

Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
-
Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
-
Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)

Current NIH Stroke Certification required

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Progressive Care/Telemetry specialty

No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start

No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)

One professional reference required

Provide nursing care to trauma stepdown patients requiring telemetry monitoring

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
