Job Description:
TemperPack is scaling fast. Processes that worked at our last stage won't carry us through the next. The Process Analyst is the person who fixes that — methodically, with data, and with an eye for what will actually stick.
Sitting within the Chief of Staff Office, this role partners with the PM, and functional leaders to identify where the business is losing time, money, or quality due to broken or missing processes — and then builds the solution. You're not a consultant who delivers a deck and leaves. You own connection and implementation.
