Now Hiring Experienced Caregivers (Direct Care Workers) - $20-$25/hr - Flexible Schedules

Pay: $20-$25/hour, based on demonstrated skills, experience, availability, and scheduling flexibility. Caregivers who can work more weekly hours, weekends, or high-priority client assignments may qualify for higher starting pay within the range.
Shifts: Flexible Schedule – Weekend Availability Preferred
Primary Service Area: West Mifflin (15122), Pleasant Hills (15236), Homestead (15120), Squirrel Hill (15217), and surrounding Pittsburgh communities.

What You'll Do
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
- Support safe transfers, including Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, developmental disabilities, and other specialized care needs
Caregiver Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional) or comparable training; experienced caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and compassion.
- Willingness to travel at least 30 minutes to a client's home.
- Willingness to provide personal care for both male and female clients.
