Customer Service Team Member
Location: Ooltewah, TN
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Position Overview
We are a growing local manufacturing company seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Team Member to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally.
- Process customer requests and assist with order-related questions.
- Maintain accurate records and complete data entry with a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other company software to support daily operations.
- Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.
