Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused On-Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 544-unit condominium community. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and vendors while ensuring the property is well-maintained and Association policies are consistently enforced. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance standards are maintained.
- Serve as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, contractors, and management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Assist homeowners and new residents with onboarding paperwork and access to community amenities.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor and contractor activities to ensure work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with Association standards.
- Prioritize maintenance requests, track work orders, and verify completion of repairs and services.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to community operations.
- Answer office telephone calls and provide support for daily operations.
- Assist the Property Manager with managing service contracts, capital projects, and other community initiatives.
- Coordinate leak investigations and repairs, working with contractors to identify sources and document findings.
- Support the Property Manager in determining responsibility for damages and repair costs when issues originate from individual units.
- Communicate and help enforce Association policies, rules, and procedures.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to the Property Manager as needed.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Property Manager or Board of Directors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in condominium, homeowners association (HOA), apartment, or property management.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and maintenance activities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
