Position Overview
Sandia Ridge Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) or Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for a contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing leader looking for a weekday leadership role with competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and potential overtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience
- Strong clinical leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to lead nursing staff and support quality patient care
- Current nursing credentials/licensure as required for the position
