Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated EXPERIENCED HAND TOSSED Pizza Maker to join our team. The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to our recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings in accordance with company recipes and standards.
- Assemble and cook pizzas to order, ensuring accuracy, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times for consistent quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and prep area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and minimizing waste.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or handling special requests.
- Support team members with other kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HAND TOSSED PIZZA MAKING
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment.
