nventory & Warehouse Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Glendale, CA
Schedule: Sunday (6 hours), Monday (6 hours), Tuesday (6 hours) – Approximately 18-20 hours/week
About Remoov
Remoov helps people clear out their homes by reselling, donating, recycling, and responsibly removing unwanted furniture and household goods. We’re looking for a motivated, organized team member to help manage inventory and support our growing Los Angeles warehouse operation.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, and online sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Receive, organize, and process incoming inventory
- Photograph and prepare items for resale
- Create and manage Facebook Marketplace listings
- Perform inventory counts and maintain warehouse organization
- Assist with auction pickups and processing
- Coordinate small shipments and carrier pickups
- Help prepare furniture and household items for customer pickup or delivery
- Work independently while communicating closely with the operations team
- Help identify ways to improve warehouse efficiency and organization
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and team in English
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Learns new software and processes quickly
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Is comfortable lifting and moving furniture (team assistance available for oversized or unusually heavy items)
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys solving problems
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
- Has experience with Facebook Marketplace, eBay, OfferUp, or similar platforms (preferred but not required)
Preferred Experience
- Warehouse or inventory management
- Shipping and receiving
- Online marketplace sales
- Furniture handling or logistics
- Basic computer skills (Slack, mobile apps)
Success in This Role
You’ll have clear weekly performance goals, including:
- Inventory processed
- Listings created
- Warehouse organization
- Order accuracy
- Responsiveness and reliability
As our resale business grows, this role has the opportunity to expand into additional hours and responsibilities.
Compensation
- 19.00/hr
