Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems and able to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth bar operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, hospitality, or food service environments
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedure
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and billing accuracy
