JOB
Under general supervision, performs work of moderate routine difficulty in community navigation of the pods. Assists community members with resources related to setting up and attending remote court hearings, and performs related work as assigned.Please Note: The position is a Limited Appointment with an end date of June 30, 2027, for up to 25 hours per week.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
(Illustrative only)Serves as the primary point of contact for individuals utilizing remote court pods within an assigned regionFacilitates connections and referrals to support the court pod user in accessing services within the defined scope of program deliveryActs as a liaison between remote court pod users and the Courts to enhance service quality, accessibility, and cultural responsivenessAssist court pod user on how to use the pod for a hearingEnsure the court pod is connected to internet and ready for useMonitors and tracks pod usage, maintains hardware and equipment needs, and reports technical or operational issues to the appropriate vendor or supervisorDistributes informational and educational materials to increase awareness of available services among vulnerable or underserved populationsAdheres to all rules and protocols governing user interactions, confidentiality, and collaboration with internal and external partnersPerforms other related duties as assignedEssential functions of this position include but are not limited to: sitting; standing; walking; working with and around others; working alone on projects; interruptions; repetitive motion using keyboard; vision acuity (near/far) to use keyboard and monitor; color vision to work with color computer monitors; hearing and speech for ordinary conversation; finger dexterity to use keyboard.
