Job Description:
Dedicated Routes Pay – Dry Van:
• $0.60 per mile (Solo) • $0.70 per mile (Teams)
- MI - Laredo: $1,800 Round Trip
- MI - Dallas - Laredo: $2,000 Round Trip
General OTR Dry Van – Option #1:
- 14+ Days Out / 3 Days Home (Your Choice)
• $0.70 per mile (Solo) • $0.80 per mile (Teams) OR 28% of Gross Revenue
General OTR Dry Van – Option #2:
- 7–10 Days Out (Your Choice)
• $0.65 per mile (Solo) • $0.80 per mile (Teams) OR 28% of Gross Revenue
General Reefer Freight – Regional:
- $0.65 per mile
- OR 28% of Gross Revenue (Driver must pick one option)
General Flatbed Freight – Regional:
- $0.65 per mile
- OR 28% of Gross Revenue (Driver must pick one option)
Pay Options:
- 1099 and W-2 positions available; RPM varies for W-2 drivers
- CPM or Percentage – YOU choose what fits you best
Job Requirements:
- Must have a professional attitude and general understanding of the trucking industry
- Must have 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
- No failed DOT drug tests
- No DUI/DWI
- No at-fault accidents in the past 2 years
- Ability to drive at night if needed
- Flexible to run any lane the company offers (no route restrictions)
- Must understand E-logs and perform pre-trip inspections at all times
- Ability to drive at least 500 miles per day
Wage Range: 1800.00 - 2300.00 per week
