What you'll do:

Ensure federal and PA employment law compliance

Process payroll in Paylocity

Full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding
- Benefits administration, and annual plan review
- Maintain employee records, OSHA log

Occasional travel to Harrisburg, Bethlehem, Scranton
Must Haves:
-
5+ years HR experience, including payroll
-
Knowledge of PA and federal employment law
-
Paylocity system experience
