Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team!The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Duties
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration systems in various property settings
- Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure peak performance
- Utilize specialized tools for electrical testing and welding equipment for repairs requiring metal fabrication
- Conduct field service visits for equipment upgrades, or emergency repairs involving HVAC/R systems
- Maintain detailed service records using Quickbooks online, work orders, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Assist with property maintenance tasks including ductwork installation, welding repairs, and system upgrades
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong background in construction and property maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), and mechanical components
- Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with electrical wiring diagrams is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment repair procedures involving welding or boiler maintenance is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers or similar vehicles preferred
- Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues efficiently
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to refrigerants, ammonia systems, welding practices, and electrical work
- Certifications in HVAC/R technology; technical training in refrigeration or mechanical systems is advantageous
- Ability to use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively; experience with HVAC design software or Quickbooks is a plus

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
