Primary Duties
- Wash, clean, and store dishes pots, pans, cooking equipment, utensils, and containers
- Set up the dish machine and inspect and test sanitizer for proper temperature or chemical mix.
- Do bussing tables and set up tables accordingly
- Prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
- Efficiently prepares the food to meet customers’ expectations in fast paced environments
- Maintains the highest standard for the sanitation before, during and after food service. Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety and production requirements.
- Interacts with co-workers to cultivate positive work environment to achieve high standard service as the whole team
- Performs other duties as assigned
