We’re looking for Service Advisors, professionals who want to take unreasonably good care of our customers. This role is designed to serve building owners, apartment owners, and property managers through taking care of their largest capital expenditures, roofs and siding. Your job is
What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: From inspection to signed contract — you’re in control of the deal from start to finish.
- Advise, Don’t Pitch: Educate building owners/property managers, earn their trust, and help them make confident decisions about protecting their property.
- Inspect & Recommend: Work with our service techs to provide detailed roof inspections, identify damage, and explain repair or replacement options clearly and honestly. No experience necessary! Training provided!
- Leverage Proven Systems: Use Fortress’s game-changing technology, refined service offerings, and real estate relationships to win more business with less friction.
- Manage Your Relationships: Take ownership from sale to completion, ensuring every job delivers on our promise of craftsmanship and trust.
