Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to join our breakfast team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during the breakfast hours, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to food safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Weekends and Holidays are required.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory of breakfast supplies and report any shortages or needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling.
- Weekend and Holiday availability is required.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus.
- Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on communication and phone etiquette.
- Culinary skills or knowledge of OpenTable is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
