Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour (DOE)

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced machinists while gaining hands-on experience with CNC mills, setups, programming, and precision inspection in a clean, advanced manufacturing facility serving the aerospace, energy, and industrial industries.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machining centers while learning advanced machining techniques.
- Assist with basic CNC machine setups and tool changes.
- Read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards.
- Work closely with experienced machinists to develop your setup and programming skills.
- Keep your work area organized and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Certificate, technical degree, or recent completion of a CNC Machining or Manufacturing Technology program preferred.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining principles and CNC Set Up.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other precision measuring equipment.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
